If your Core stops responding, there are couple things you can try:
1. Check that Core has power. The easiest way to check is to put your thumbs on the sensors on top. If it has battery power, you should see two lights light up between the sensors. If it doesn't, place Core on the charger base and give it a few minutes to charge up.
2. Make sure Core isn't on the charger base when you attempt to connect. Some functionality is disabled when Core is charging.
3. If Core has battery power and is still unable to connect, you can reset the device by pressing and holding the small white button on the bottom of Core (located between the two screws) for about 7 seconds. You'll see Core light up when the reset is successful. Once you've reset Core, head to 'Settings' to re-pair it to your phone.
