If your Core stops responding ,or you can no longer use it to begin sessions with the app, check the following:
- Check that Core has power. Simply place your thumbs on the sensors on top (the silver dots). If it is charged, you should see two lights blink on between the sensors. If you don’t see these lights, place Core on the charging base and give it at least 15 minutes to charge.
- Make sure Core is not on the charging base when you attempt to connect.
- If you have more than one Core, make sure you aren’t connected to another Core - you can only be connected to one at a time. If you need to unpair your phone from one Core so you can connect to a different one, navigate to your Profile via the icon on the bottom-right on your screen. Tap Your Core, then tap Forget Device. You’ll then be able to connect to a different Core.
- If these other methods don’t work, you can reset Core by pressing and holding the small white button on the bottom of your Core for about 7 seconds. You'll see Core light up when the reset is successful. Once you've completed the reset, navigate to your Profile via the icon on the bottom-right of your Core app to pair it with your phone.
