Quick Reconnect to Your Core
Your Core may sometimes disconnect from your phone. This happens most commonly when it’s out of range, and the Bluetooth signal is lost.
When this happens, the app will automatically try to reconnect. If this reconnection attempt fails for some reason, you'll see a message at the top of the screen that the app is "unable to find Core.” Make sure that your Core is charged, and within range of your phone, then tap Continue Searching to try again.
If your Core has been sitting away from its charging dock, it may have entered sleep mode to preserve its battery life. You can wake it up by touching your thumbs to the sensors on top, then try to reconnect again.
Check your Device Pairing
If you're still unable to connect, make sure you aren't connected to a different Core, or that your Core isn't paired with a different phone.
Navigate to your Profile, via the icon at the bottom-right of the app, and check the status of Your Core at the top of the screen. If it’s still disconnected, tap it to see further information.
From here, you can try once again to Reconnect, after making sure that your Core is charged and in close proximity.
If this still doesn’t work, you can attempt to re-pair your phone to your Core by tapping Forget Device. Then tap Your Core once more, and the app will walk you through the process of pairing with your Core again.
Note: Only one Core can be paired with your phone at a time. If you're currently paired to a different Core, you’ll need to go to your Profile and select "Forget Device" to unpair.
If none of the above options work, you can also try to manually reset your Core by pressing and holding the small white button on the bottom of Core (located between the two screws) for about 7 seconds. You'll see Core light up when the reset is successful.
Once you've reset Core, navigate to your Profile via the icon at the bottom-right of the app, and try to re-pair it with your phone.
