If you can't connect to your Core :
1. Check to ensure that another mobile device isn't connected to your Core. If they are, disconnected that device. Only one device can be connected to a Core at a time.
2. If you're still unable to connect to Core, hold down the button on the bottom for at least 6 seconds.
3. Reconnect to your Core. For more information on connecting your phone to Core, take a look at this article on the subject.
