If you can't connect to your Core :
1. Check to ensure that another mobile device isn't connected to your Core. If they are, disconnected that device. Only one device can be connected to a Core at a time.
2. If you're still unable to connect to Core, you can reset the device by pressing and holding the small white button on the bottom of Core (located between the two screws) for about 7 seconds. You'll see Core light up when the reset is successful. Once you've reset Core, head to 'Settings' to re-pair it to your phone.
