Core's vibrating pulse is designed to help guide your focus and help you stay grounded during your sessions. Along with your breath, it helps to anchor you in the present moment and pull you away from distracting thoughts. In some cases, it is also used to guide breathing techniques.
With Breath Training sessions, once you find a favorite vibration pattern, you may combine it with a soundscape you like to create a customized meditation experience.
