If you'd like to change your subscription from monthly to annual, or annual to monthly, please email us at support@hellocore.com to request the change, and we will process the appropriate refund or additional payment required.
Please note: If you purchased the Core app through the Apple App Store directly (rather than through the Core website at hellocore.com) follow these steps:
- On your iPhone, open the Settings app
- Scroll down to ‘iTunes and App Store’
- Tap your AppleID Email
- Select ‘View AppleID’ - note you may be asked to log in
- Tap ‘Subscriptions’
- Select the Core subscription
- Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’ to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will need to contact Apple App Store™ customer support in order to get a refund directly at: https://support.apple.com/contact
Unfortunately, Core doesn’t have access to the subscription details to cancel or refund your purchase for you.
